Spain is bankrupt, and the Afghan hillmen trained by Morrocco are raiding their lands. I realised that most European and American factions were members of one of three alliances that had appeared, that were led by three major powers: Britain, Austria, and Persia.
It wasn't the expansion of my empire Iceland wasn't that important, and I had only declared war on them thinking that Denmark, which was supporting Norway, which had rebelled against Sweden, my allies, was still there.
